These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the HachitaTV platform at https://hachitatv.com, operated by Hachita Solutions ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using HachitaTV, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility & Accounts

• Access is provided by invitation only. Accounts are created by a platform administrator.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must provide accurate information and notify your administrator of any unauthorized access.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful, harmful, or misleading content
• Violate the terms of connected third-party platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram)
• Attempt to bypass security, access controls, or rate limits
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized persons
• Reverse engineer or resell access to the platform

Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create using HachitaTV. By using AI generation and publishing features, you confirm you have the rights to publish that content on connected platforms. We do not claim ownership of your generated scripts, videos, or media.

The HachitaTV software, branding, and platform design are owned by Hachita Solutions and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Third-Party Platform Integration

Connecting YouTube, Facebook, or Instagram accounts requires OAuth authorization. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or enforcement actions taken by third-party platforms.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when possible.

Limitation of Liability

HachitaTV is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hachita Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including content publishing errors or third-party platform actions.

Termination

We or your administrator may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or for security reasons. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
